Gizella must have been 15 years old when she and her mother, Irma Weisz, were taken by the gendarmes to the ghetto in Felsőgalla and from there to the Komárom concentration camp. In mid-June 1944 they were deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Mother and daughter were probably gassed together on the day of arrival.
