Mohács, 4 November 1935 – Auschwitz-Birkenau, 8-10? July 1944.
Tamás Vida first was taken by the Hungarian authorities to the Mohács ghetto with his mother, Klára Kuffler. Meanwhile, his mother’s second husband, István Rosenthal served in labor service company 104/1. Later Tamás and Klára were transferred to Pécs and at the beginning of July they were deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Here he was murdered by the Nazis. He was eight. His mother, Klára (32), was also killed in the Holocaust.
