She lived with her parents and two brothers in Nagyvárad (Oradea). Éva was taken with her family by the gendarmes to the Nagyvárad ghetto in May 1944 and deported to Auschwitz. It is believed that Eva may have survived the selection, but the circumstances of her fate and death are not known.
