Andor Davidovits lived with his parents in Budapest, in the house at 54 OrszágbíróStreet, XIII. district. He worked as a locksmith. In the autumn of 1944 he was called up for labour service. He was forced to work, presumably on the western border. In January 1945, he was driven to the Mauthausen camp complex. Then Andor was transeferred to perform forced labor in the Wels subcamp and he survived until the liberation. Yet, a few weeks later he died in the ordeal.
